Our Story

Phoenix & Nico is dedicated and named after my children.  While spending the bulk of my working life as a designer and creative director in advertising, I was constantly yearning for the work-life balance that was hard to achieve with long hours and endless deadlines. I was fortunate to stumble onto the path of energy work and plant medicines which opened my eyes to another way of living, one in which I could release tension rather than hold it. Slowly, the ongoing health issues I'd experienced started to disappear as I was able to heal my physical body and stop internalizing the stress. Wanting to go deeper, I embarked on studying to become a Reiki Master and herbalist. 20 years later, enter Phoenix & Nico, the culmination of this personal healing journey. I create plant-based organic products to nourish and restore the body, that I myself use and have helped those I love.
